Features & Fixes Details
Configure the decimal places for rates shown in the Rates Wizard
Now it’s possible to configure how many decimal places will be shown for tranches and rates, both in the wizards and documents. This configuration can be customized for independently for each market.
Several new fields added to Customer Details
The enrollment details in the Customer Details screen now show the plan version and utility associated with that enrollment. The contract Dates are now presented together.
Concurrent billing systems integrations
In this version, OpsAdmin gained the ability to use different Billing Systems for each utility. OpsAdmin can manage a single instance for each of the billing systems which are configured in System Setup, but in Utility Manager it is possible to indicate which billing system should be used.
Currently OpsAdmin still has complete integration with ESG, but in a few updates the integration with ECI will be completed and the documentation will be delivered with the release notes indicating the differences between each billing system integration.
Make one time payments from Customer Details
Now it’s possible to make a one time payment for a particular enrollment by selecting the corresponding option in Customer Details. This will open a popup where the agent can select a payment method and amount to charge.
Added new Forgot Password autoresponder trigger
Previous to this change, a single autoresponder trigger was available to send notifications when the agent or customer forgot their password. Now OpsAdmin has two different autoresponders, one for customers and one for agents, allowing to create different notifications for each.
The existing triggers were renamed to Customers: Send Forgot Password, Customers: Forgot Username and Customers: Reset Password. The new added trigger is named Users: Send Forgot Password.
Default Customer Email option available once again with the payments module enabled
When the new payments module was added, the option to use the default customer email in Quick Enrollments was disabled IF the module was active.
This change was made because the email is used to validate the customer account with the payment vendor.
This option is now more flexible, limiting the use of the default customer email for markets that use payments, the other markets will have the option enabled.
